      As we discussed, I'm sending a free of charge vial of ab24710 on the order ***, which will ship out on Monday and should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Please keep me updated about the results with this replacement antibody.

      Thank you for your inquiry.

      I was in touch with the lab and they confirmed that they did not test this product in endogenous samples, only RHOT2 transfected 293T cell lysate.

      However, they were able to update us with a new WB image from their testing. This testing is more in line with what we would expect. The band is seen around 70 - 75 kDa. I've updated our datasheet, but this usually takes a few days to go live, so I have also attached the new image.

      The expected MW if 68 kDa, based on the SwissProt information.

      Based on this and the new data from the lab, I would believe that the band you are seeing is the protein of interest. You may want to submit these findings as an Abreview to earn Abpoints towards Amazon giftcards or discounts on future Abcam orders.
