immunohistochemistry on whole teased fibres (no sectioning involved)

Could you please confirm if the application will be ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry) or IHC-P or IHC-Fr (Immunohistochemistry)? Would you use cultured cells or tissue section? What fixative will be applied (ethanol, methanol, acetone, formalin etc)?
