Western blot - Anti-Lingo1 antibody [EPR24049-72] (AB309529)
Lanes 1 - 9 : Merged signal (magenta and green). Green – ab309529 observed at 93 kDa. Magenta - loading control, ab8245 observed at 37 kDa.
ab309529 was shown to specifically react with LINGO1 in human, mouse and rat brain tissue lysates. Samples were run on an SDS-PAGE gel then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane. ab287974 and Anti-GAPDH antibody [6C5] - Loading Control (ab8245) were incubated overnight at 4°C at 1 in 1000 and 1 in 20000 dilutions, respectively. Blots were developed with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (IRDye® 800CW) preadsorbed and Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (IRDye® 680RD) preadsorbed secondary antibodies at 1 in 20000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature before imaging.

Human brain tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)

Lane 3:
Rat brain tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)
Lane 4:
Human kidney tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)
Lane 5:
Mouse kidney tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)
Lane 6:
Rat kidney tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)
Lane 7:
Human skeletal muscle tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)
Lane 8:
Mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate at 20 µg with 3% milk in TBS-0.1 % Tween® 20 (TBS-T)
Lane 9:
