Nuclear extract (NE, 20 g) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-JLP antibody ab12332 used at 0.3µ g/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.µ -
Immunoprecipitation analaysis of HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded). ab12332 was used for immunoprecipitation at 6 µg/mg lysate (lanes 1 and 2). Lane 3 - control IgG. For western blot ab12332 was used at 1 µg/ml.
