    Not recommend for IHC. Nonspecific. SPPL2c is specifically expressed in testis where it is primarily localized in spermatids. IHC results showed weak staining in some human tissues tested, such as kidney and spleen. Most mouse and rat tissues showed weak staining, some tissues were cytoplasmic and nuclear staining.
