    Question

    Dear Sir or Madam, I am interested in 2 Phosphospecific Antibody ab51136 & ab63562. However, as decribed in Datasheets for these antibodies, the immunogen is: Synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human HSP90B around the phosphorylation site of serine 254 (V-G-SP-D-E) ... or ... of serine 226 (E-I-SP-D-D). Would you please specify more the peptide that was used for immunization? Actually I'd like to use it to detect another homologue of the protein mentioned in datasheet. They have highly similar sequence around this region and it's much better to know if the same peptide for immunization also presents in my protein of interest. Also, please inform me the offer for these 2 antibodies (i.e total price including shpping and handling, as well as how long it takes to get these antibodies after placing order).     Thank you for your inquiry. I can confirm that the immunogen peptide amino acid range for ab51136 is amino acid 245-275 and for ab63562 is amino acid 220-250.
