    Thank you for contacting us. The Anti-Human IgA antibody [1H9] (HRP), reference ab7383, was raised using human colostrum as immunogen and the colostrum contains mainly secretory IgA.     Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, the concentration/ratio of HRP conjugation to antibody was not determined. However, I can inform you that the antibodies were conjugated to Sigma Horseradish Peroxidase, Type VI (P 8375) by modification of the periodate method. (Wilsom, M.B., Nakane, P.K., “Immunofluorescense and Related Staining Techniques“, Elsevier/North Holland Biomedical Press, Amsterdam, 215 (1978)).
