Here are a few specific sELISA protocol details I was able to find:

ab2039, the capture antibody, was coated on the plate at 5 μg/ml in 0.1 M carbonate buffer, and the HRP-conjugated detection antibody, ab2042, was used at 0.5-5 ug/mL.

Otherwise, a standard sELISA protocol such as https://www.abcam.com/index.html?pageconfig=resource&rid=11422 (or your current in-house protocol) can be used with appropriate negative controls. One thing I could not find was what source for Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen was used in this sELISA.

We have not yet determined which detection antibodies may work with ab9193 in and ELISA.

Thank you for your inquiry. I can confirm that this antibody will recognize all three forms of Hepatitis B Virus Surface Antigen: L form (preS1/preS2/S) or M form (preS2/S) or S form (S). So you can expect up to three bands on the SDS gel depending on the expression of the different forms in your samples and the experimental conditions. I have heard back from the lab about ab8636 and they have told me that the antibody was provided as a bioreactor harvest and so no further purification is needed for any of the assays. They also informed me that protein concentration was determined by standard methods. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.

Virtually all anti-HBsAg mabs (including this one) are conformation-specific, i.e., they recognize only native antigen. That's why they do not work usually neither in WB nor in denaturing ELISA. ab18797 will work in both of those assays, but only the HBsAg-L or HBsAg-M (not HBsAg-S) antigens will be recognized. For both S14 and S26 mabs the total HBsAg purified from pooled HBV+ serum was used as immunogen. Both ad and ay subtypes are recognized. ab8636- suitable protein controls should be ab73741 or ab91277.
