      Shortly, the customer wishes to know why ab35826 datasheet states samples should not be boiled prior to WB and is this a GLUT4 related or specific antibody related requirement. Thank you for your kind help. Regards,

      Thank you for your enquiry regarding ab35826. I can confirm that ab35826 has been tested for Western blot application under reducing and denaturing conditions and the samples were boiled for 5 mins This antibody has not been characterized under native conditions (which would not require boiling). I hope this will be useful for you.
