Thank you for your inquiry. We haven't tested ab63022 or ab63023 in mouse so we do not know if these antibodies will work in mouse. I've BLASTed the immunogen sequences against mouse and the results are below: Ab63022 was immunized against the 2nd extracelluar domain of FPRL-1. This sequence is only 50% homologous with mouse. Ab63023 was immunized against the C-terminal sequence of FPRL-1. This sequence is only 61% homologous with mouse. We typically say that anything with > 85% sequence homology would be expected to cross-react, therefore the chances are a bit slim with these antibodies. However, we do have a testing discount program which you could participate in to test ab63023 (the one with a greater homology) with mouse. To our knowledge, ab63023 has not been tested in mouse.
