This antibody has no cross-reaction with FOLR1 and FOLR3.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue labeling FOLR2 with ab302532 at 1/100 dilution (4.92 µg/ml) followed by a ready to use Leica DS9800 (BOND™ Polymer Refine Detection kit). Positive staining on Kuffer cells of human liver. The section was incubated with ab302532 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND^® RX instrument. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20 mins was used.

Confocal image showing membranous staining in THP-1 cells treated with Phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (80 nM) for 72 hours. ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor^® 594) at 1/200 dilution (2.5 µg/mL) was used to counterstain tubulin (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

Secondary antibody control: Primary diluent was used instead of primary antibody, followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor^® 488) preabsorbed at 1/1000 dilution (2 µg/mL).
