While we do not currently have in house testing data using ab81712 in Flow Cytometry on neutrophils, this clone has been used on human neutrophils in the following paper:

Based on your protocol, my only recommendation would be to increase your primary and secondary antibody incubation times to at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour for the primary. ab81712 is a rat monoclonal, IgG1. https://www.abcam.com/Goat-polyclonal-Secondary-Antibody-to-Rat-IgG-H-L-PE-pre-adsorbed-ab98392.htmlis a goat anti-rat- PE conjugated secondary antibody, catalog number ab98392. It will react with all isotypes of rat IgG.

Thanks for your call yesterday and for your patience while I have been in touch with the lab about ab81712. The production lab did not test this antibody in-house in Western blot, and the Western blot information originates from the paper that I previously sent. According to this article, the immunoprecipitates were run on a 10% reducing gel then immunoblotted, so I think it should be fine to use the antibody against reduced samples.
