I would be happy to raise a discount code for testing ab84416 in Mouse samples with WB if you could please use Human fetal brain lysate or Human breast carcinoma tissue as positive control.

As two untested variants would be used, running a known positive control is essential in case the antibody does not recognize the protein in such assay.

I am happy to hear you are interested in participating in our Abreview system. However, ab84416 has not been tested in WB and unfortunately the discount code is only applicable for only one untested species / applications.

The discount code is valid for testing ab84416 in Mouse with ELISA, IHC-P or ICC/IF. Could you please confirm in which applications you would be interested in testing it?

Both anti-AMIGO antibodies (ab84416 and ab84476) share the same immunogen sequence. In fact the difference between both antibodies is the purification process. While ab84476 is provided as whole antiserum, ab84416 has been purified by immunogen affinity.

The likelihood to cross react with Mouse species is the same in both cases, so you could participate in the Abreview system testing either of them in Mouse samples. Please notice ab84416 has been tested in ELISA, IHC-P and ICC/IF whereas ab84476 has been used in WB and ELISA.
