Anti-DAP3 antibody (ab2637) at 0.3 µg/ml + Human kidney tissue lysate in RIPA buffer at 30 µg
Predicted band size: 46 kDaDetected using chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of MCF7 cells labelling DAP3 with ab2637 at 10 µg/ml. Cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% triton. Primary antibody icubation was for 1 hour followed by incubation with an Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated secondary antibody at 2 µg/ml. DAPI nuclear counterstain was used.
Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/ml) followed by an Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated secondary antibody (2 µg/ml).

All lanes : Anti-DAP3 antibody (ab2637) at 0.3 µg/ml
Lane 1 : HeLa cell lysate in RIPA buffer
Lane 2 : HepG2 cell lysate in RIPA buffer
Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane.
