CTRP6 also known as C1q/TNF-related protein 6 is a secreted protein that belongs to the C1q/TNF-related protein family. It has a molecular mass of approximately 37 kDa. Expression of CTRP6 occurs in various tissues including adipose tissue skeletal muscle and liver.
