Immunoprecipitation - Anti-CSK antibody (ab186050)
Detection of CSK in immunoprecipitates of Jurkat whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) using ab186050 at 6 µg/mg lysate for IP (Lane 1). Lane 2 represents rabbit IgG IP control. An alternative anti-CSK antibody was used at 1 µg/ml for subsequent western blot detection. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
