Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-CLEC12A antibody (ab238687)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% formaldehyde-fixed, 0.2% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa cells (Human cervix adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) labelling CLEC12A with ab238687 at 1/100 dilution, followed by Alexa Fluor 488®-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody (green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining on HeLa cells. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).
The cells were fixed and permeabalised, then blocked using 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. -
