Important transcriptional activator in the regulation of genes involved in immune and inflammatory responses, may play an important role in the regulation of the several genes associated with activation and/or differentiation of macrophages.

      I represent a research group in xxxx University Hospital working with stem cell deficiency in the ocular surface. Most of our experiments includes immune histochemistry on formalin fixated, paraffin embedded sections. We regularly purchase antibodies from Abcam, and would now like to include a new putative stem cell marker; C/EBP delta. To our knowledge, anti C/EBP delta is not yet tested on formalin fixated, paraffin embedded sections, and we would therefore need to test anti-C/EBP delta (ab65081, link https://www.abcam.com/CEBP-Delta-antibody-ab65081.html) in various concentrations on 5 to 10 sections, to see if it works with our material. Our question is; would you be able to give us a free sample for testing, before purchasing a larger amount? If you are interested, we could come back to you with the results of the testing.
