Western blot - Anti-CDX2 antibody (ab48009)Anti-CDX2 antibody (ab48009) at 1 µg/ml + Human Colon lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer).
Predicted band size: 34 kDa
Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 33.5kDa according to NP_001256.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. The observed 35kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
