Identifies cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells that interact with MHC class I bearing targets. CD8 is thought to play a role in the process of T-cell mediated killing. CD8 alpha chains binds to class I MHC molecules alpha-3 domains. -

Flow-cytometry using ab245682.
Mouse lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (Panel A) or ab245682 (Panel B) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using an AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (ab150073).
