Flow Cytometry - Anti-CD5 antibody [YTS 121.5.2] (ab33460)
Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse splenocytes cells labelling CD5 with ab33460 at 1/1000 dilution (0.1ug)/ Right compared with a Rat monoclonal IgG / Left isotype control. Goat F(ab)2 Anti-Rat IgG Fc (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab150161) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were stained with rat IgG or ab33460. Then stained with anti-CD19 (ab267394) conjugated to APC with Lightning-Link® Conjugation Kit (ab201807). Gated on viable lymphocytes.
