CD40 was immunoprecipitated from Raji (Human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line) whole cell lysate (1 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN lysis buffer.
ab252557 used for IP at 5 µl per reaction. For WB 1/1000 dilution.

Lane 1 : ab252557 IP in Raji whole cell lysate.
Lane 2 : Control IgG IP in Raji whole cell lysate.

Chemiluminescence detection : 10 seconds.
