    • 機能

      Receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. Low affinity receptor. Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down-modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B-cells (BCR), T-cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor. Isoform IIB1 fails to mediate endocytosis or phagocytosis. Isoform IIB2 does not trigger phagocytosis.

      Is the most broadly distributed Fc-gamma-receptor. Expressed in monocyte, neutrophils, macrophages, basophils, eosinophils, Langerhans cells, B-cells, platelets cells and placenta (endothelial cells). Not detected in natural killer cells.

      In regards to the antibody ab87965 (which binds to CD32B) I was wondering if any information is known on whether it cross reacts with CD32A? If so does abcam sell an antibody against human CD32B which does not cross react with human CD32A?

      We have three CD32B antibodies, I compared their immunogen sequences against the CD32A. Results are following: ab87965- Mouse monoclonal to CD32B homology with CD32A is 92%. Cross-reactivity with CD32A has not been tested. It is likely that there will be a cross-reaction. ab74092- Rabbit polyclonal to CD32B (phospho Y292): homology 15% ab77093- Goat polyclonal to CD32B: homology 15% None of the antibodies have been tested for cross-reactivity. Based on homology ab74092 and ab77093 will not cross-react with CD32A and better options for you.
