Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-CD3 antibody [CD3-12] (AB11089)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse spleen and kidney tissue labeling CD3 with ab11089 at 5 µg/mL, followed by a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection). The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with Hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution 1) for 20 mins.

Counterstained with Hematoxylin.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution2) for 20 mins.
