    Ab85986 is produced using an immunogen ofHuman CD28 transfected murine T cell hybridoma. As such we do not have a specific peptide for immunogen blocking assay. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I heard back from the lab, and the binding of this antibody to CD28 mimics binding of CD80/86 to T cells, providing the cells with co-stimulation signal.
