Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST

Incubation for primary antibody was carried out overnight at 4 degree.

This blot was developed using a higher sensitivity ECL substrate.

Cbx8 also known as Chromobox protein homolog 8 is part of the Polycomb group proteins with a molecular mass of approximately 50 kDa.
