Thank you for sending us the replacement antibody. Unfortunately the antibody delivered today was warm to the touch and the blue ice was completely melted. As the storage buffer of the antibody did not have any glycerol in it, do you think the antibody will be suitable for use?

The vial of ab111866 you recevied was shipped on Saturday to arrive on Monday. We have done internal testing and determined that antibodies kept at 37 degrees C are stable for at least a week. There should be no ill effects based on the short amount of time the antibody was not cold. Please use it as you normally would.

I recently received ab111866. it worked the first time in wb and ICC, but then after freezing for a few weeks it did not give reproducible data on identical experiments; no bands were seen on wb as before and the subcellular localization demonstrated by this antibody changed to nuclear, which is incorrect.
