    During the chemical conjugation process, biotin is non-specifically attached to free groups on the antibody and multiple biotins will conjugate to a single antibody. For this reason, there is no single site at which biotin is attached to this antibody.

    I want to carry out a murine IL-12 sandwich Elisa using ab91217 as capture antibody.

    Because you do not recommend a detection antibody on your homepage, I want to test the biotinylated ab83449. Do I get two discount codes if I order both products and send you the results? Do I get discount even if sandwich Elisa with this antibody combination does not work?

    What do I take as detection reagent? Do you offer Streptavidin-Peroxidase?

    I can confirm that you will receive two discount codes when testing two antibodies in sandwich ELISA that have not been previously tested for it.

    These discount codes will be valid after submitting an Abreview about the results of the sandwich ELISA whether they are positive or negative. We value any information and believe that also our other users appreciate honest information.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer substrate solutions for ELISA. To my knowledge 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) is generally used for HRP ELISAs.
