According to the originator of ab34992, they tested the suitability of this product for IP in gel diffusion techniques. At this stage, they do not have any supporting published references yet. Thank you for your enquiry regarding ab34992. As my colleague has informed you previously, this antibody has been tested for IP in gel diffusion techniques. The originator, unfortunately, do not have any supporting references. However, they suggest using the antibody at a concentration of around 10 to 50µg/ml for IP. Also it is advisable to titrate around these suggested concentrations in order to find the optimal dilution. Could you please provide some further details of the experiments and an image representing the results with the different bathes? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
