    My colleague John has forwarded you the Flow Cytometry protocol used by our lab, please let us know if you have any further questions about this.

    Unfortunately, the concentration for this antibody was not measured. Both the primary antibody and isotype control were used at a 1:400 dilution, but the lab was unable to provide any information about what concentration of antibody that corresponds to. I am sorry I could not be more helpful, please let me know if you need any additional information or assistance.
