It may play a role in transcriptional regulation interacting with ISWI and may serve a specific role in maintaining or altering the chromatin structure of the rDNA locus. BAz2A colocalizes with the basal RNA polymerase I transcription factor UBF in the nucleolus.

      Blocking and diluting buffers and concentration was 5% NFDM/TBST. 

      The molecular weight observed is consistent with that described in the literature (PMID: 19578370)
      Lysates were prepared from fresh materials and used for Western blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation. 

      Exposure time: 

      Lane 1-3: 15 seconds


      Lane 4: 26 seconds
