    Hi,



    I emailed about this antibody last week but I have a quicker questions which I'm hoping you can answer.



    I’m wondering what species of apoB your antibody (ab39560) reacts with. I understand the immunogen was human LDL which contains only apoB100 not apoB48 but I'm wondering if the antibody will also react with apoB48?

    Thank you for your patience.

    I now heard back form the lab and they confirmed that was never experimentally tested if ab39560 also binds to apoB48 alone.

    As stated on the datasheet ab39560 reacts with Apolipoprotein B from human serum/plasma, when used in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against Apolipoprotein B, and also with isolated LDL (apo B-100) directly coated onto the microtiter plate.
