関連疾患
Defects in CD19 are the cause of immunodeficiency common variable type 3 (CVID3) [MIM:613493]; also called antibody deficiency due to CD19 defect. CVID3 is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by antibody deficiency, hypogammaglobulinemia, recurrent bacterial infections and an inability to mount an antibody response to antigen. The defect results from a failure of B-cell differentiation and impaired secretion of immunoglobulins; the numbers of circulating B cells is usually in the normal range, but can be low. -

Flow Cytometry - APC Anti-CD19 antibody [EPR23174-145] (ab270178)
Flow cytometry staining of C57 BL/6 mouse splenocytes with ab270178 (right) or Rabbit IgG (monoclonal) Allophycocyanin (ab232814) isotype (left). Cells were incubated for 30 min on ice in 1x PBS containing 10 µg/ml anti CD16/CD32 and 10 % normal goat serum to block FC receptors and non-specific protein-protein interaction followed by the antibody (ab270178) or Rabbit IgG (monoclonal) Allophycocyanin (ab232814) isotype (1x 106 in 100μl at 5 µg/ml (1/100)) for 30 min on ice. The cells were simultaneously stained with CD3.
Acquisition of >30000 events were collected using a 40 mW Red laser (638nm) and 660/10 bandpass filter. Events were gated on live lymphocytes.
