Observed band size: 81 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Detection of endogenous Ankrd26 protein in MES cell lysates may occur when detection methods with higher sensitivity are used. An observed band of ~81kDa has been obtained due to a fragment of Ankrd26 being used instead of the full length version.
