Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa (human cervix adenocarcinoma epithelial cells) permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 labelling Histone H3 (tri methyl L9) with ab288339 at 1/500 dilution, (Red). Confocal image showing nuclear staining in HeLa cells. ab195887 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 488) (shown in Green) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 dilution. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
