Immunofluorescent analysis of 100% methanol, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized L-929 (mouse connective tissue fibroblast) cells labelling GPNMB with ab300475 at 1/50 dilution (10.0 µg/mL) (Red). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in L-929 cells. Negative control: EL4 (PMID:19320736). ab195887 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 dilution (2.5 µg/ml) (Green). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
