Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed and 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized 293T (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) transfected with GFP tagged mouse CCR2 overexpression construct, labeling CCS2 with ab302666 at 1/250 dilution (2 μg/ml). Confocal image showing membranous and cytoplasmic staining in HEK-293T cells transfected with GFP tagged mouse CCR2 overexpression construct. Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
Negative control: 293T (Human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) transfected with GFP.
