Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-BRN3A 抗体 [EPR23257-285] (ab300744)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded dorsal root ganglion tissue labeling BRN3A with ab300744 at 1/100 (5.0 µg/ml). Nuclear staining on dorsal root ganglion of mouse E14.5 embryos.  The tissue section was first incubated with TBS containing 0.025% (v/v) Triton X-100, 0.3 M glycine and 1% (w/v) BSA for 1 h at room temperature to block non-specific protein-protein interactions, followed overnight incubation at +4°C in TBS containing 0.025% (v/v) Triton X-100 and 1% (w/v) BSA with ab300744 at 1/100 dilution (shown in red).  Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount^®.  Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0)

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded cochleovestibular ganglion tissue labeling BRN3A with ab300744 at 1/100 (5.0 µg/ml). Nuclear staining on cochleovestibular ganglion of rat E14.5 embryos. The section was incubated with ab300744 for 60 mins at room temperature (shown in red). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount^®.The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND RX instrument. Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

The section was incubated with ab300744 for 60 mins at room temperature (shown in red). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount^®.The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND RX instrument. Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

Flow cytometric (Intracellular) analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed 90% methanol permeabilized Daudi (human Burkitt's lymphoma lymphoblast, left) / MOLT-4 (human lymphoblastic leukemia T lymphoblast, right) cells labeling BRN3A with ab300744 at 1/500 dilution (0.1µg) (Red) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal isotype control - Alexa Fluor^® (647) (Black) and an unlabeled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue).
