      Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue labeling CD208 with ab300663 at 1/100 (5.0 μg/ml). Positive staining on human tonsil. The tissue section was first incubated with TBS containing 0.025% (v/v) Triton X-100, 0.3 M glycine and 1% (w/v) BSA for 1 h at room temperature to block non-specific protein-protein interactions, followed by overnight incubation at +4°C with ab300663 at 1/100 dilution in TBS containing 0.025% (v/v) Triton X-100 and 1% (w/v) BSA (shown in red). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue). The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.  Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).

      Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using ab93684 (Tris/EDTA buffer, pH 9.0).

      Negative Control: Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue (negative control) shows almost no staining after labeling CD208 with ab300663 at 1/100 (5.0 μg/ml).  The tissue section was first incubated with TBS containing 0.025% (v/v) Triton X-100, 0.3 M glycine and 1% (w/v) BSA for 1 h at room temperature to block non-specific protein-protein interactions, followed by overnight incubation at +4°C with ab300663 at 1/100 dilution in TBS containing 0.025% (v/v), Triton X-100 and 1% (w/v) BSA (shown in red).
