Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Alexa Fluor® 488 Anti-Albumin antibody [EPR12774] (ab302577)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue labeling Albumin with ab302577 at 1/50 dilution (10.0 µg/mL). Mainly positive staining on the blood plasma of human kidney. The section was incubated with ab302577 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue). Negative control: Primary diluent was used instead of primary antibody. The section was then mounted using Fluoromount®.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 40 mins was used.
Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems, TCS SP8).
