Not yet tested in other applications.

I am sorry this product did not perform as stated on the datasheet and for the inconvenience this has caused. As requested, I have issued a free of charge replacement.

The item is currently out of stock but is expected to be delivered around Aug. 9. Please note that the lot number of this new stock is not known at this time. To check the status of the order please contact our Customer Service team and reference this number.

You are correct that our Abpromise guarantee would apply to a vial of the same lot of ab62667. That is, if it doesn't work as noted on the online product datasheet, we are happy to offer a replacement, credit or refund as long as you follow up with us within 6 months of receiving the product.

At this time we just have a few vials left of ab62667 and they are of the same lot that gave you trouble. We should be getting some new stock in within 1-2 weeks however I do not know if it will be more of the same lot or a new lot.

So I can send you a vial of the same lot, send you a vial of our other anti-Agmantine antibody ab37001, or perhaps you'd like to wait until we get some more stock in of ab62667?

Question

Inquiry: I can not get this antibody to work. I am using this antibody to detect the presence of agmatine in retinal tissue following the activation of glutamate receptors in the presence of exogenous agmatine in the buffer. This is the same protocol as developed by Marc, R et al 2005. I use the recommended fixation with glutaraldehyde (0.1%) and paraformaldehyde (4%). Furthermore this same tissue labels with the polyclonal rabbit agmatine that we have leading us to believe that this is an antibody issue. We've tried both 1:100 and 1:1000 concentrations. This antibody was purchased 1 month ago. I can provide images at your request.
