    For western blots and immunocytochemistry (ICC), we recommend HEK293T cell lysate for a positive control, and an antibody dilution of 1/500 -1/2000 for western blotting and 1/100 - 1/250 for ICC. We have the lysate as ab95494.

    For immunhistochemistry (IHC), there are a number of choices for positive controls, as it is expressed in brain, placenta, lung, skeletal muscle and kidney. Dilution for IHC should be 1/100 - 1/250.
