    This HeLa whole cell was prepared using a standard whole cell lysate protocol. The concentration was determined using the BCA assay process and then diluted using Dithiothreitol (DTT).

Does the Dkk1 antibody ab 61275 include the positive control mentioned
in the data sheet (HeLa cell lysate)? Or should I purchase it
separately?

I can confirm that the positive control is not included into an order of the DKK antibody ab61275.

However, we do offer two products of HeLa cell lysate: ab29545 (tested for WB application) and ab150035 that can be used as positive controls for WB. For further information about both products use the provided links below.
