Interpolated concentration of native Axin 1 was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : SW480 cell extract (125 ug/mL) and HT-29 cell extract (125 ug/mL). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in antibody diluent CP2 (ab319981). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
