Additional data
Additional Notes
This antibody should stain germ cells (or primordial germ cells before sex determination) in the embryonic testis. I observed that it stains the cytoplasm of germ, Sertoli, and Leydig cells, but does appear to be brightest in germ cells.
Abcam response
Thank you for sharing this data with us. Previously ab106766 has not been tested in IHC-Fr. However, based on the data shown here, the antibody does not work well in this application, under these experimental conditions. We would welcome feedback from other researchers using this antibody.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
