I can confirm that the volume of ab105156 is 500ul per vial. The concentration cannot be determined since this a PE-conjugated antibody. An estimatewould be ˜ 0.1mg/ml.

I suggest to use two concentrations for the first experiment to get results that will be meaningful for further optimization. I recommend 1:50 and and 1:500. Optimal concentrations always have to be determined by the end user.

However, I would still recommend to titrate the antibody in order to determine the optimal concentration for your specific experimental requirements. Although we have not specifically measured the concentration of the antibody after conjugation, based on our records, we would expect the concentration of this product to be approximately 0.1mg/ml. 50 test means this antibody can be used for 50 tests in flow cytometry when used at 10µl for 10 x 6 cells (in 100 µl.).
