The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
1/500 - 1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 38 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 38 kDa).
PAQR5 (Progestin and adipoQ receptor family member V) is a steroid membrane receptor which binds progesterone. It may be involved in oocyte maturation. It is an integral membrane protein and is expressed in kidney, colon, adrenal gland and lung. It belongs to the ADIPOR family.

ab79517 staining PAQR5 in murine ovary tissue by Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed). Tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and blocked using 10% normal goat serum for 1 hour at 25°C, then incubated with ab79517 at a 1/500 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was a biotin conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal used at a 1/500 dilution.
