I tested the different concentration of the primary antibody (AB6214, 1:100, 1:200, 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000). It doesn't work either one. I took the pictures with brown staining. Unfortunately, It isn't the orexin positive cells.I couldn't upload the pictures :(

Thank you for your review of this previously untested application, IHC of paraffin-embedded tissue. The antigen retrieval protocol may need to be optimized. The following reference includes rat brain IHC data, but the samples are cryopreserved, not paraffin-embedded. J Comp Neurol. 2005 Sep 19;490(2):180-93.
