Figure shows ChIP using human anti-p65 antibody (ab16502).
NF-?B bind to IFNB1 and GAPDH locus in virus-infected cells. Bar plots illustrate the individual fold enrichment of NF-?B binding at the IFNB1 enhancer/promoter and GAPDH locus. HeLa and HCT-116 cells were infected with Sendai virus, and the crosslinked chromatin was precipitated with the ab16502 antibody. The precipitated DNA was used in realtime PCR experiments as a template with primers specific for IFNB1, GAPDH. The error bars represent the SD between 2 independent experiments. Values were normalized against control human IgG.
