Additional data
Additional Notes
Nanog protein was mainly localized in the cytoplasm of liver cancer cells. Nuclear localization of Nanog was observed in a few cases.
Abcam response
The information we have on the datasheet about nuclear staining is linked directly to SwissProt database. It may be that the database is outdated, and/or cytoplasm staining of liver cancer cells is a more recent discovery.
